Strava connection & sync help
If you connected Running Legacy to Strava and your runs aren't syncing, or you have questions about the data we hold, email us at support@runninglegacy.com. A few things that help us help you faster:
- The email address on your Running Legacy account
- When you connected Strava and which activity isn't showing up
- Whether you recently disconnected and reconnected
You can disconnect Strava at any time from Account Settings → Workout Sync → “Disconnect Strava,” which immediately deletes our access tokens and stops all future sync. You can also revoke our access directly from your Strava connected apps page.
